Alright I was forced into this post!! My daughter Rachel is 25 today. She starts her new career next week as a Physician's Assistant. My mom got her this very heavy iron skillet because she thinks she is the barefoot contessa!

Thanks all, Rachel was thrilled to read all your nice comments...because it's all about her really...isn't it!!! Now Danni that skillet is a Heuck, but it is so funny because my mom got a Le Creuset lid handle for it so it can be used at a higher temp. She would have got her a La whatever but they didn't have anymore...can you tell my mom is sitting over my shoulder!!!!
