Looking for a Post

Well, not this kind of post.
You know...a blog post. As I wandered about the yard looking for inspiration, I was a little disappointed. But there's always new growth to lift spirits.
 And sweet little Chickadees.
And there was even a early Crocus...
 ...and a bright Flowering Cabbage.
 Those darn early birds!
Finally I bumped into this face. He was looking for someone living under the tarp.

And he had a partner in crime!
They REALLY thought they'd found something...
...but I think they were chasing shadows!

Daisy knows there's a critter somewhere...
Now matter how long it takes,
they'll never give up!!

Love the shed! You two did a wonderful job, perfect color combination. Ole looks very regal, I do believe he has gained a few pounds, must be all that "redneck" food he discovers out in them there woods. Hope you are enjoying the day, it is snowing here. Hugs, Julie.

That shed would make a *magnificent* chicken coop.
Just sayin'.

I am definitely searching for some winter interest in my garden. Your dogs are adorable and great captures of them in action. Mine love to hunt the critters too!

Mornin Julie, we'll finish the shed this spring. Trim and paint. Ole is fatter, it's not my fault, I think it's the Pig Nuts!

Thanks Bunnits!

Danni, yes it would, but alas, it's not.

Hi Steve, yes I need a good kick in the butt!

Nice to see Ole, Daisy and your POST! The shed looks cute :) Love the roof! CH saw our Crocus trying to come up and hurried and covered them with mulch, Ha! It has been beautiful in MissouREE! Looks sunny on top of Sunny Side Up mountain.

Thats a great post (and a great post) Evie.
Your photography is brilliant as always and the way you frame a shot is so natural.

I think every gardener needs some critter huntin' dogs and a shed like that :-) I noticed some of my daffodils are starting to poke out of the ground already. Our winter has been so warm lately, but I'm sure colder days are lurking out there somewhere.
