It's fine quality, Eve...stop worrying...this is what *everybody's* videos look like, haven't you noticed? lol I love the little chirping noises they are all making! And Daisy Lu just seems completely enthralled and absolutely convinced that she belongs right in the middle of all that activity! Adorable!
Ok Danni, I'll try to get over the quality!! Yours always look good! They do chirp so sweetly...and I must be wierd but I love their loud noise as well! I'll get that next time. Daisy Lu is a happy girl with them! Hard to believe!!! If you listen carefully you'll hear Ole grunting in the background...he wants to eat them!!!
HAHA! Eve- I love your video! I too like the chirping sound they make- it's very pleasant. Daisy looks like she's in charge (or thinks she is). Do they all ove in a group like that all the time? Are they hanging on the wall area for a reason? How's the tick population? Do they eat other insects too?
Helen...Daisy Lu is convinced that she is going to be able to fly with them someday!
Hi Lynne! Yes they spend most of their time grouped up. Just now starting to spread just a bit. But I think they like to stick together. They really enjoyed the wall, they have to check everything out that's new to them...usually with quite a loud ruckus!! Then its old hat. I will try to get a video of that soon. I don't think they've put much of a dent in the tick population yet! They are still eating mostly grass and weed seeds. But the day will come...I can feel it in my bones!! Yes they eat most all insects...which will be sad in some ways...I wonder if I can train them not to eat the good bugs and butterflies?????
Great short flick! The only problem for me seeing these game birds is that I always start to think of them in the pot!! (-: That does not go down well with my mother and her pheasants and she always gives me a hard stare when I order game off a menu!
Ha Ha took me a minute but I think I got it!! My skills of movie making would be a lot better if I could load a 235 MB video!!! I have one thats great!!! Ha Ha!!
Hi Denise Daisy Lu is a Jack Russell/Shih tzu mix. She is an amazing and sweet little dog. She almost 2 years old. She's the star of my very first post! http://sunnysideup-eve.blogspot.com/2008/03/getting-started.html

What fun! I've been looking forward to this - Daisy Lu looks unconvinced it's a good thing.
