Hi Eve Lovely flower, I'm trying to think whether we have anything similar over here. I love the way the petals start to reflex back as the flower ages. Looks like it might be a good flower for drying, do you know?
Hi Jen, It's Purple Coneflower (Echinacea purpurea), well I'm not sure about it being good for drying, but I think they make a concoction with it to reduce the effects of a cold!! I have so many this year I guess I should cut them and bring them in!!
Thank you Helen!! I'll be over this morning to see your morning greeting!
Hi Shelley! I've been visiting your blog but every time I try to comment on yours my computer freezes up!!! :-( It's being very temperamental lately! I think it's time for a new computer.

Nice photo, I planted some coneflowers for the first time this year but they are not blooming yet but I do have a lot of flower buds.
Beautiful! Nothing that pretty here at the moment.

I could have guessed this was one of yours if I didn't know it was your blog I was visiting. Brilliant Eve.
