Hey!!! Part II

Thought I would finish up this story, which sadly ended too soon....
I stitched three pictures together to get this whole scene. Here comes the trailer...
That's some heavy lifting...

There are 8 bales on the bottom......and three on top...
and away we go! Now it's just a big empty field...:-(

Hi Evie

Sorry that you're bales have departed for pastures new! (-: Until next year that is. Being a keen birder (as you know), are they gulls in the field with the tractor? If so would they be Ring-billed?

Ha Ha you are quite the birder Jenny!! That would be a few ring-billeds!!! Looking for what ever they can find! The Red-tail had one day to sit on the bales, I got a picture of him wayyyyyyyyyy out there. Not a very good picture but probably postable!!!

Great stitch job on the top photo, makes for a good panorama. I watched your guinea video this morning and left a comment but for some reason it didn't get posted. Are the guineas doing their job and keeping the tick population down?

Hi John, glad you saw the video, poor quality but effective. Right now the guineas are still eating a lot of weeds but they are spending much more time in the tall grass and bushes around the house. They are pretty smart and one day I turn them back to keep them from roaming too far the next day they only go that far.! They are quite tame and enjoy our company. I think next year the ticks will be in trouble!

Hey Eve

As we might say over here, "Oh, that's the final straw" or the "that's the straw that broke the camel's back"!

Ha Ha! What theme might you choose next?

Best wishes, Adrian

Fun to see this story resolve itself. Aren't you lucky to have those wide open spaces to look at? I envy you. I see the flowers your little girl painted on the last photo :)))))
