How to use Guinea feathers....

My Guineas give me the most beautiful feathers each and every day. What a wonderful gift! These feathers are starting to show up all over my house now and I may have to re-think my whole interior design! My cousin Julie's husband Bill made this beautiful shelf that they sent me home with from Maine. What a perfect way to dress up such a beautiful piece!

Thanks girls!
Jenny that is what I think is a reproduction of a butter mold. I will have to get more info. I bought that when I was in Maine and my cousin will know more. I'll get back to you.

OH Jenny,
I was looking for anything with a Guinea Fowl on it and I think the one at the top left looks like a guinea to me!

I am like you and have guinea (and chicken and turkey) feathers all over the house. It just makes me smile to see the beautiful feathers waiting there on the ground for me to pick up. Such perfection. Love you display piece and everything on it!

Those feathers from your little guinea family are perfect gifts and this is a great way of displaying them, so pretty those feathers. Your shelf is beautiful. Your cousin's husband made a beautiful piece, and I love the other decorations on it too.
