As many of you are feeling, it is still very cold in the south and elsewhere but then again it is winter and we really should expect it. I just wish the bitter part hadn't followed me down south!
Sorry all!The photo below was taken early this morning while waiting for the bus to pick up Morgan (after a four day weekend due to SNOW!!) I hand held the camera, which never works for me in these conditions, so instead of tossing the photo, put it through a few filters in Photoshop to try to make it a little artsy. I also had to work on the moon to make it a little more moon-like. Nothing spectacular but I enjoy playing in Photoshop.
Hope your day is sunny and bright!

I absolutely love your photos, they're so pretty, especially the second one :)
Oooooooo..........pretty! I love what you did via photoshop and am salivating over the colors. Sunrises so totally rock, babe. And hey...don't worry about the cold snap. It'll go away and there'll be more birding adventures soon! The cold just missed you and wanted to visit!
Very pretty. I am sorry the cold weather followed you South but I am getting a kick out of it being warmer here in Maine than Bama!
I am so glad you played with photoshop
The bottom photo is cool
Do you think you could move again and take your bad luck with you? I may have been happy to take a few snow pics but this is getting ridiculous! We can no longer get the car out!
Thank you for visiting my blog and leaving such a nice comment. I am a wordsmith rather than a photographer but I do like good photos very much.
Wish I could play with photoshop too, my mac has it but it also has this idiot operating it.
Lovely shots both Evie, but that second one blows me away. Beautiful intense colours plus the moon as a bonus! (-: Proper job me dear!
Very artistic Evie.
Very nice! I especially like the 2nd one!
Very nice, Eve! I really like the second one too. Nice PS work also!
Gorgeous! Thanks for sharing....
I love seeing your photos and I really love checking out the ones that you play with photoshop! The second one is stunning and looks like a watercolor. I think our cold weather has headed south and we are warming up to 34 today. We had a dang drain pipe freeze up outside and back up in the finished basement last night!
Whatever you did looks wonderful! I love the wavy look to the sky and the golden promise at the bottom. Great composition!
Thanks to you all for enjoying the artwork and your nice comments!
Um, sorry to correct your grammer. It's "Sorry, y'all". ; )
We have had a cold winter in New England, too. It's okay. You will have the Dogwoods and Redbuds blooming soon enough. Right about when we are tapping trees for syrup.
Ha Ha!! Thanks Steve! You're right. I'll get that right next time!
