Yesterday my hubby said "let's go look around" and of course I said "OK!" So we packed the cameras and headed out to see the sights. I suggested Green Mountain so off we went.
But...it was cold.
Cold enough for ice.
Little hanging disks of ice.
And very chilly little girls.
This morning this is what my computer told me. It told me that Julie is warmer than me!! All the way up in southern Maine!
Something is not quite right!!

It's very warm here as well for this time of year. We've been getting alot of rain on top of the snow. It makes for very slippery roads!
PS. I like those little ice disks :P
Aren't you folks brave?! Yesterday I stayed inside, refusing to go out even once after The Great Freeze on Saturday! LOVE the little ice thingies. I'll tell Kayla about that so she and Steven can go check it out later on. Groovy, babe!
Eve - I was able to ride Saturday only because the weather has warmed to the high 40's and low 50's during the day. It's too cold where you are to ride yet. Hope you can soon though. :)
That's really REALLY not fair Evie! Just keep in mind that the days are getting longer already......
Global warming? Am I going to need to bring my long johns? I am surrounded in a sea of white!
We've been quite warm for the last several weeks, way up here across the border. No complaints from me!
I live in California. I shouldn't even leave a comment on the weather here. I have no concept of any place that's this cold.
All I can say is hang in there and enjoy the weather?
..., and , I LOVE that blue covered bridge. It's beautiful.
I agree, Eve. It just isn't "right" for Alabama to be colder then Maine in January. The cold is bitter one too.
Who would have thunk?
We have you beat for cold here in Missouree Eve!
It was 17 here today but is headed back up. At least here the cold doesn't last long when we do get it. My birds are going nuts wanting lots of food!
ye-ah, when NY is warmer? hello! your water photos are beautiful. bundle up!!!
Noo, you can't be wishing you were back in NY??? Soon you will be seeing those returning seasonal Al. temps and we will still be seeing ice..and being green with envy!! :)
