Been Busy...

As busy as I have been with the work to get ready to sell the house there always has to be a little time to watch the turkeys. We've been cleaning out the house... and I said good bye to my tractor today. It was sold to a man who was very happy to get such a beautiful tractor to replace his old "red" one that has seen better days. Did you notice all our snow melted??? Let's hope it says melted!!
We had some warm weather and rip roaring winds yesterday!
And after putting the guineas to bed, I had to take a photo of the beautiful sunset. I can only hope I have some beautiful skies down south!

Eve,
Oh I can't imagine how much work it must be to move and sell your house :( hope you have a lot of someones to help you..love the little note to insert trash here...and wow, what a nice tractor..hardly looks used at all. At least the end of your busy day looks somewhat peaceful with that gorgeous sunset!!

Thanks girls, you are just all the sweetest friends! Hopefully I'll do a good job documenting everything so the transition will go smoothly for all!!! ;-)

Beautiful sunset...I am sure you find some great sunsets in the south too. What part of the south? Alabama right? Which part?

Lovely sunset! I hope the snow stays away long enough for you to do all the work you have to do. Cleaning out a house to move is a horrible job, I'm sure! I can't even imagine what we would do with 90% of the stuff we have...and don't need. I wish I was there to offer real help, but I can at least offer prayers and encouragement for the move and selling the house.

Good luck with the sale of your home. Are you moving far? It's hard work moving, yet I do like the opportunity it gives me to purge and start fresh somewhere else...to New Starts!

Very peaceful sunset.

I'm thinking that you will be so busy photographing the birds down there that you won't have time to miss us Yankees. I'm hoping that you will have a smooth and rapid transition.

Hi Evie. Lovely sunset, nice little tractor, shame it has to go. Don't envy all the work you have to do now.

Good luck with your showing tomorrow Eve.. left you a special photo on my new post.. hope you like it.. I am trying to set up a "blog" page of our house for sale.. thought it might be a good idea when I run an add in the paper to just put the basic info and a web page address, then I can post all my house photos and info on a *free* blog.. going to take a bit of thinking to post it as it will have to go on backward because I won't be adding to it daily..Hopefully it will work.. Have fun cleaning and again, best of luck... and your stuck with me as well... (wink)
