Where to put it??

Yesterday was cold and snowy, but my good friend Katie, her sister-in-law and I ventured out to find something interesting to buy in the gardening genre! It didn't take long before we stumbled upon a coffee shop that sold the most beautiful decorative and functional bird houses! And at such a reasonable price!
I just couldn't resist this sweet decorative birdhouse with it's high pitched roof!
The old timey nail is perfect!
And I think it goes well with this abode!
The hardest part is trying to figure out just where it's going to live!

Good evening Eve, what a wonderful addition to your yard, I love the high pitched roof on this birdhouse. Where ever it is positioned your feathered friends will be thanking you...

Thanks Roy! Yes I think it does look good there too. I must protect it with some kind of sealant. I'm afraid it wont weather well.

Me too Daniel!! Me too!!!

Hi Bunnits!! Got it in Arab at Walker's Coffee Shop on the main drag. Make sure you stop and see everything he has!

I had to get it for the great pitch Julie. It really was an eye grabber!

I have probably a half dozen bird houses that haven't decided where they want to live yet. Got any ideas??

I commented on your post days ago Evie, not sure why it hasn't come through. Anyway I love the birdy house and think it looks great where it is! We are quite boring with our bird houses over here! Hope this post makes it! (-:

Hi Pix! Those boots rock! Maybe not so much for the Harley but horsey riding...fo sho!

Hello Florida Farm Girl! If you have Bluebird houses I'd say put them facing east on the edge of a lawn. Now I'm not for sure if Bluebirds nest in sunny Florida but maybe you'll get a wren or some other little bird that likes it in the sunny south!

Bilbo!!! Nice to hear from you! I must come see how you are doing over there in that beautiful place of yours! It's been way too long!

Hi Jenny Wren! This one did make it but I'm not sure about the other either! I'm still trying to remember how to use this old thing anyway! hahaha!
