Late Winter Birds

It's been pretty nice here lately at Sunny Side Up and I've been raking and moving plants around the yard and just haven't had the camera out as much as I should. Now I could tell you the truth and say that most of the pictures I've been taking are horrible and I just don't have anything nice to post but I'm pretty sure none of you want to hear that!
So here are a couple of my little feathered friends looking for sunflower seed in the garden.

Carolina Chickadee

American Goldfinch

Tufted Titmouse

Hope you all have sweet bird songs in your gardens!

Yes, Miss Evie rub it in, you're moving plants and building garden structures while I am still up to my waist in snow. Lovely birdie photos by the way.

I love your honesty, but can't imagine you taking a bad photo :-) My shots lately have been pretty awful, so I understand. These you took are wonderful and my favorite birds that I would miss terribly if they ever went away. Isn't it great to be outside in warm weather again? Still iffy at times here, but spring is springing!

What beautiful bird photos. So glad I stopped by, I was thinking the little bird who comes to my feeder was some kind of finch. Now I know it's a Tufted Titmouse.

They are great photos Evie.
Anyone that knows you would guess that you would want to get out in that garden, now that the spring is near.

The weather has been fantastic this past week. Lots of maintenance getting done in my garden. Love the bird photographs! Happy planting!

I don't think you could take a "bad" photo, even from your camera phone. Perhaps if you had LOMO I would understand

They are great shots Evis! I mean I see teeny tiny bird feeties. I even see their little toe nails! Goodness any photos with cute bird feeties are wonderful shots in my book. Not to mention those sweet faces. CH was just saying this afternoon that it is so nice to hear bird voices/songs again. It's been a long winter in MissouREE!

They're all so cute! How ever do you get them to hold still long enough for a photo. All my little bird pics are little blurs.

Sorry, don't believe you on the horrible pictures! :)

Beautiful pictures! And wildlife photos are the hardest to get. It sounds like you have been very busy. Me, too. I feel like I only have a limited time to get a lot of work done, and then, wham! It will be 95 degrees and too miserable to do anything.
