I'm pretty sure I can think of....

...eight hundred thousand miserable things I would rather be doing than raking, blowing, or walking on leaves!

But until that work is done, I can only look at projects that I've started and hope to finish.

After raking all the leaves maybe I'll drink enough beer to finish this  

bottle border.

And just relax and enjoy the early bloomers, like this pretty blue Speedwell!

Here's hoping your garden chores don't include a never ending leaf pile!

Where to put it??

 Yesterday was cold and snowy, but my good friend Katie, her sister-in-law and I ventured out to find something interesting to buy in the gardening genre! It didn't take long before we stumbled upon a coffee shop that sold the most beautiful decorative and functional bird houses! And at such a reasonable price!

 I just couldn't resist this sweet decorative birdhouse with it's high pitched roof!

 The old timey nail is perfect!

And I think it goes well with this abode!

The hardest part is trying to figure out just where it's going to live!

My how time flies!

 

It has been a very long time since I've made a post and I have to say I've missed being here.

Between my computer going awry, a dirty camera, and a new job, I have been neglecting the fun of blogging!

I really hope to to a better job of keeping up with my friends far and wide!

We woke to our annual March snow this morning! I really hope this is March coming in like a Lion and that it wont be long before the Lamb arrives. I can't complain tho, it's been a wonderful winter.

My plans for this year include:

moving our greenhouse to a better spot

turning my old shed into something other than a flying squirrel hotel

(yes...they moved from the bluebird house to the shed where there is plenty more room to multiply!)

and riding the Harley just a little more often!

and sending the camera off to be cleaned by Canon.
